Vermont Area Health Education Centers (AHEC)
The Vermont AHEC Program is a statewide network of community and academic partners working together through three regional AHECs and the University of Vermont to improve the health of Vermonters. Many AHEC initiatives emphasize workforce development, including health careers awareness for youth (7th-12th graders) and ensuring Vermont's next generation of health care providers.
